In-store buyback

Our specialists appraise your items in front of you at our store. You can ask questions and discuss the offer directly with the appraiser. Payment is normally made in cash, and bank transfer is also available upon request.

Mail-in buyback

Our mail-in service lets you request an appraisal without visiting the store. We provide a cash-on-delivery shipping label, so there is no shipping charge for you. Pack the items and send them to EFU Brand. We will contact you with the appraisal result by the following day after receipt. Once you accept the offer, payment is made by bank transfer. This option is convenient for customers outside Osaka or those with many items.
